Shipping & Returns

Ways available for placement and shipping of an order

There are three ways available for placing an order:
1- Internet: through www.sinalergia.com
2- E-mail: through pedidos@sinalergia.com
3- Telephone: +(34) 91 5634030, from monday to saturday from 10:00h to 21:00h (GMT + 1). The order will be confirmed to the client by e-mail in the next 24 hours from the time of its placement.
The data collected at Sinalergia.com are proof for all transactions made between sinalergia.com and the client. Sinalergia.com will confirm in the next 24 hours the availability of the product.
the contractual information will be shown by sinalergia.com to the client in its website.

Prices

Prices shown include all local taxes. Shipping charges are fully shown, and will be confirmed before placing the order.
Sinalergia.com reserves ist right to change these prices at any moment; anyway, the products will be charged following the current prices at the moment of registration and ordering. The products are propiety of the provider until payment is done.
There can be slightly changes in the final appearance of the product from the pictures shown at the website.
Prices can be modified any time, without previous notice. Sinalergia.com will keep actual order prices, whose payment is pending, for a limited time of 20 days from the order placement.
The specials are valid while they are shown at the website or until stock existence. Availability of products could change without notice.

Availability of product

In case of backorder of a product once an order is placed and before its delivery, the client will be informed by e-mail of the partial or total cancellation of the order.
In case the payment was already done at the time of the notification of non-availability, there will be a reimburse for the amount or amounts paid, informing the client about it by e-mail. Once the reimbursement process has begun, Sinalergia.com will reimburse the amount paid by the means used for the payment or any other agreed by the two parties.

Payment

The client compromises to pay the amount previously for the required product, by the following means of payment:
1- Credit card VISA or Mastercard.
2- Pay Pal.
3- Bank Transfer.
4- Cash on Delivery (COD).
The amount paid with credit card will be charged to the credit card immediately. In case of turning down from the bank, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Bank Transfer: The order will be delivered once the transfer is confirmed. For speeding-up purposes, we recommend sending by e-mail the payment bulletin to pedidos@sinalergia.com.

Delivery

The products will be sent to the postal address given by the client in the order, once the payment is confirmed.
Sinalergia.com delivers anywhere within Spain. Please check first at pedidos@sinalergia.com for other countries.
For better results, we appreciate that the client gives us a postal address where the order can be delivered in working hours.
Sinalergia.com won´t be responsible of errors or mistakes caused in the delivery when the address figures given by the client in the order form are not correct, or are missing.

Shipping conditions and delivery terms

Products will be shipped by Postal Express within 3 working days or Blue Package in case of COD within 5 working days. Term of delivery is approximated, it can change depending on the destiny. For international orders please check first. All deliveries are considered effective once the transport company delivers formally the product to the client or authorized person.

Reception of the product – Precautions to take into account

The addressee checks the product at its arrival, and makes the complaints or remarks that she considers appropriate, she can even reject the package if se observes that it can be opened or deteriorated. These remarks or claims should be given to the transportation company and to Sinalergia.com. In the last case, by e-mail in the next 24 hours.
If the products are not fit because of its nature or quality to the specs given in the delivery note, the client should submit her complaints in the next 7 days from the delivery.
In case of delay, rupture on incomplete reception, the client can address to pedidos@sinalergia.com.  

Returns

Our goal is the client satisfaction. So, if the client is not satisfied, it can be returned within the next 7 days from the reception of the product. Because of hygienic reasons, the cosmetic products can not be returned. In any case, the client should inform by e-mail her intention to return the goods. In the subject of the message the client should paste “Return” and the order reference. In the body text the client should mention the reference to the goods that are being returned and the reasons why it is being returned.
Once the e-mail is receipt, Sinalergia.com will give a return number by e-mail. From then on, the client has 5 natural days for the delivery of the goods that are being returned to the address given by Sinalergia.com, under these conditions:
1. The goods must be in perfect condition, with their original envelopes and labels. Returning of goods will not be possible if the products were being used.
2. The delivery must be made with the original envelope.
3. The return number should be visible in the outside packaging.
4. Returning of goods should be made by certified mail or any courier company.

Sinalergia.com won´t take returning goods that do not comply to the previous conditions.
Except for the case that the goods sent are defective or inaccurate, the charges and the risks linked to their returning, will be runned by the client, who should deliver them in a safe way and with the warranties that the goods returned arrive in perfect condition. When the product delivered to the client is defective or inaccurate, Sinalergia.com will be responsible of the collection of the goods in the address given by the client.
Once Sinalergia.com receives the goods returned by the client, the reimbursement will be made in the shortest time possible. The returning of goods will entails a reimbursement equal to the purchase price of the goods returned. the reimbursement won´t include the returning shipping charges.
